...ah yes, layouts... they have been made, but in little tiny snippets of time over the last few days. {Sheesh, its been crazy around here!} So, like the proverbial bus... three come along at once..
talk about random mixture of layouts...
A fun one of what we are currently listening to in the car..
This one is more family history for my children. Tho, I find it REALLY hard writing about someone I barely knew. Its tough not to write what everyone else tells you about that person... but I didnt want a book of someone else's memories, I want mine. So the journaling on here is vague, I admit that, but its factual and alittle of what I recall even as a little girl.
{journaling reads; You are my Fathers Grandmother, Charlotte Armstrong. You married part of a proud Scottish family - the Armstrong Clan, and I remember the blanket of Armstrong tartan you wrapped yourself in. You were a dressmaker, who moved to Dorset in 1919. You became widowed in 1925, left with four children to bring up alone. I vagely recall your 101st Birthday celebrations.. I wish I had been old enough to remember more. This newspaper clipping is when you turned 103. Quoted then as saying ‘old age was such a nuisance’ I’ve got to say how much I like your spirit Great Gran :) You might of passed that on...}
And this one is just a Sully dog moment I wanted to record.
