...things to do more often
1) hug an animal. Proven to de-strees, to raise emotional awareness and lower blood pressure. and just plain lovely.
2) ask how someones day was. and listen.
3) bake a cake. it takes mere moments, tastes lovely and gives you a sense of satisfaction. Plus house smells amazing!
4) Praise good service. Its so easy to bleat on and on about bad service, but how may of us take the time to praise the good service, the friendly staff and the nice people?
5) drink water. I know, we all know this. but we still don't do it!
