This weeks ten are all iPhone shot based....
My iPhone, it goes everywhere with me. and sees it all.
Tells no one, but sees it all.
I heart my iPhone :)
1) Green tea... start my day with it every day. drink coffee when I am out, or during the middle of the day. And good ol' proper tea when I am visiting or in need of comfort.
2) Garden view from my room. Never tire of it. Especially after the lawn has been cut, like here. Although this time the lawn was cut, a stone flew up from the strimmer and smashed our big window. Well, one pane of it anyway. Shocking noise and sight!!
3) see? Scared the gardener to death as well I think!!
4) Nearly every day, I get the lunch boxes ready the night before. When I dont, I really get cranky and rushed in the morning!!...
5) Goats cheese salad. Went out with one of the worlds greatest friends, took a scenic ;) route to a nice pub and had this. Was lovely - all of it; going out, spending time with friend, drive, pub and food :)
6) This song was part of my gym workout monday. and is now stuck on repeat in my head. over and over. I do like it. But oh its the very meaning of 'catchy'!!
7) Late night baking. Yeah, like after 1opm. Thats me, never sleeps, always trys to fill the void that is 'everything my family eats' but never quite manages...
8) Screen shot of my gym app. oooo, I love this app. This is 'ease into 5km' and I also have 'ease into 10km'. {Brilliant. Its why I lost over two stone. All about the impact fitness.} Once I had finished the app, my gym suggested I go back and do them again. I thought was a silly idea...until I tried it. Not only is it good to reuse and re-appreciate something, but nothing makes you grin quite as much as realising the pace you run at now was not even remotely possible a few months back. In fact my resting/slow jog pace now was me full speed in November. wow.
9) Its the little things :) Mollie with 50p worth of plastic toy snake. Is it just me, or do you squeal when you see toys you used to have when little? The toy shop we got this in also sold 'fortune teller fish', rubbery finger puppet monsters and scented shaped erasers... I was right back there at eight years old myself!!!
10) After a routine hospital appointment, the girls and I watched as the helicopter left the hospital. We didn't really have much choice, my car was parked really close to the helipad. As I didn't fancy the girls being blown away, we had to wait for it to leave first! You know, I think I need a helicopter. I see their parking spaces are MUCH bigger than mine plus everybody keeps out of their way when they are turning round....

What gym app do you use? Would love one that really helps coach me. Love that happy expression of Moll's. :)
