Castle challenge

I do like to hang out with, both online and in person, other photographers. I like to talk camera, yes of course, but most of all I like to walk with other people, who stop mid pace as often as I do, and who notice what I notice. Who also see the world in terms of light, textures and backgrounds :) :)

There were a few fellow photographers out at Portchester Castle today.
{I have only been to Portchester castle eleventy billion times. So, yes, you may have seen Portchester on my blog before. I like it there :) }

and today's challenge was 'hidden details'

Oh wow. You just transported me, free of charge! Thank you! :) Love these details. I always loved seeing in castles where they obviously built using whatever they had available. So cool.
