My flickr photostream can be found here.
It is, for those of you not internet friendly, an online photo management/pool.
I use it a lot these days.
For keeping track of my 365 projects in their own sets - the 365, and the people person one. I actually have many sets now, so fabulosu to sort the pics out for easy viewing.
For taking part in the various flickr groups, especially the Designer Digitals one.
For the very fact my favourite pics are stored,full resolution, somewhere outside my home, incase of fire or flood here.
For the wonderful blissful hours of looking thro flickr updates from everyone else in the photo world.
For the sharing. For the enabling of sharing my life and my view with others. And vice versa.
Especially the sharing.
If you dont have a flickr account and you take pictures, you should have. You can set varying levels of privacy, should that kind of thing worry you. You can watermark and protect your images should that kind of thing worry you. You can attract like minded souls who take the same kind of photos as you. You can get comments and constructive criticism {- or not. Up to you.}
And mostly because you can join in the world of photography, good, bad, arty or straight forward.
Because a photo that only you look at and only you see is not a photo. Its a waste.
