Hello, I'm the original 'Brit girl' -or Melanie in real life!
I started this blog when I used to sell art work, but now mostly it just keeps friends and family in touch with what I'm doing... photo shoots, invite design, digital scrapbooking... that kind of thing!
I'm a busy mother of four, one boy and three girls, and married to Dan.
We live in 'sunny' (and BOY do I use that term losely) Southampton city, Hampshire (England,) amongst a leafy green suburb in a house thats kind of falling down but quite friendly and homely with it. (Remind me I said that when the heating fails AGAIN)
My home, family and friends inspire -and star in- much of my art work and photos. Its everyday moments that make the memories special to me.
